Fugaku (浮ガク) is a loyal retainer of the previous king of Nil Kamui. He guards Ibuki, even though the monarchy doesn't exist anymore. He also seems to be a commander or high-ranking member within the Revolutionary Army. He refers to Ibuki as "Lord Ibuki" out of respect.
